About the community
Futureworkishuman.org is a platform for those who are passionate about the future of work to share, develop and debate emergent ideas. Dissent and challenges to existing approaches are particularly encouraged, and all are welcome.
A human future of work
Through discourse and engagement, the aim is draw together a wide range of stakeholders to spark fresh, radical ideas for a future of work that will benefit individuals, organisations and society as a whole.
Central to the debate are questions around how we can best unleash and enable human potential and capability to steer our course through a rapidly changing world.
This community provides an open forum for diverse voices: thought leaders, business leaders, policy-makers, HR professionals, educators, academics, trade union and any who are interested all have their part to play.
Where are we going?
The ideas and themes that are brought to light will help to shape a community-led movement on what a human future of work looks like, and how we can get there.
